The goal of this Bumpers Plus Workshop is to teach you to
be the best in a structured course. Learning will be broken down into
three phases: 1.Classroom Education
2.Hands-on Course Practice
3.Ending Reviews of Each Course Step.
Classroom and education
This learning portion of the course will provide text field manuals, visual and audio explanations of each chapter to provide the starting foundation of each step of the repair process. This will allow you to swiftly proceed and succeed during the hands-on course. A classroom course will prelude each individual course step to insure information is fresh and viable to the current hands-on training course.
Hands-on
course practice will make up a majority of the time spent in the workshop and will follow each classroom
learning course. This portion of the workshop is vital. Taking the necessary time to apply learned knowledge,
repeat and practice the skills to insure repeated success of each step of the repair process.
Practice and repetition are the key to locking the knowledge into the mind.
Review
Although reviews can be widely disregarded, these steps are crucial to success in the field and training.
Reviews will be both in group and individual settings. Group settings will allow the trainees to discuss
and exchange thoughts together. Individual reviews will allow the instructors to help the trainees
identify any weaknesses or areas that require additional improvement.
Through this structure, the workshop and its trainers goal and aim is to set the
trainee on the path to success. In doing so, to provide the best repair quality and
earn a strong income for trainee in the process. The cost of the workshop is $14,000
